Language Courses
We provide both English and Bulgarian language courses to ensure participants are well-prepared for their work placements. Courses are taught by specialized teachers with extensive experience in teaching English as a foreign language. We also provide Bulgarian language courses, taught by native Bulgarian teachers, to help participants integrate better during their stay.
Accommodation
Accommodation is arranged as part of the package. Trainees are usually accommodated in comfortable flats shared with other students. Apartments are fully equipped, and students receive a weekly pocket money allowance for food costs. In some cases, trainees may be accommodated in hotels, which provide only room and breakfast.

Transport
We organize transfers from and to Sofia airport upon arrival and departure for trainees. Additionally, trainees are provided with weekly or monthly local transport passes to conveniently reach their school and work placement locations during their stay in Sofia.

Monitoring
Every work placement includes a job description and information about its implementation, communicated through email, fax, and telephone. We provide weekly monitoring and support through dedicated tutors within each placement. Both trainees and tutors are required to complete intermediate and final questionnaires to analyze the progress and success of the work placement.
Tutoring & Follow Up
A supervisor from Bulgaria Gateway takes care of trainees during the entire training period, ensuring they receive full support. Additionally, trainees are provided with a host company tutor. Both the host company tutor and the trainee complete evaluation questionnaires to analyze the placement experience during and after the training period.
Cultural Activities
We organize socio-cultural activities as part of the trainees' overall experience in Bulgaria. These activities include:
City tour of Sofia and sightseeing
Daily trip to Plovdiv
Daily trip to Koprivshtitsa
Daily trip to Rila Monastery
Certificates
Upon successful completion of both the language course and the work placement, trainees will receive certification from Bulgaria Gateway. These certificates will serve as proof of their achievements during their stay in Bulgaria.
Europass
We actively cooperate with the sending organization to facilitate the issuance of Europass certificates for trainees. In addition, Bulgaria Gateway prepares a final report containing all the relevant information about the trainees' stay in Bulgaria.
